1. Our Commercial Policy
BMROCK SRLS carries out e-commerce activities for both private consumers and professionals or companies with a VAT number, in Italy and within the European Union.
“Consumer” means any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to his or her trade, business, or profession.
“Professional” or “company” means any entity purchasing for purposes related to its trade or business.
BMROCK SRLS reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders that are incomplete, anomalous, or from parties involved in disputes or deemed unreliable.
These Terms do not govern sales by third-party sellers linked through banners or hyperlinks. Users are advised to verify third-party terms before purchasing from them.
2. Products
All products offered on www.agrohammers.com are new, high-quality, and compliant with applicable European standards. BMROCK SRLS does not sell used, refurbished, or second-choice products.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly (color, finish, etc.) due to digital or production variables.
BMROCK SRLS shall not be held liable for damages caused by improper or non-compliant use of products.
3. Product Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and not include VAT. For professionals or companies with Italian or EU VAT numbers, the applicable tax regime will be applied (VAT included or excluded as required by law).
Prices may change at any time, but the applicable price will be the one in force at the time of order confirmation.
Prices exclude shipping costs, which will be displayed before final confirmation.
4. Orders
Orders may be placed 24/7 directly on www.agrohammers.com.
Submitting an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Once confirmed, the user will receive an automatic order acknowledgment email containing the order summary and reference number.
BMROCK SRLS reserves the right not to accept or to cancel confirmed orders in cases of incorrect billing or shipping data, non-payment, delivery impossibility, or suspected fraud.
Users may check their order status at any time in their personal account area.
5. Payments

Orders will be processed only after payment is received. Bank transfers may take 2–3 business days to process.All transactions are secured through SSL encryption. BMROCK SRLS does not store or access card data.
6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
No deliveries to PO boxes or hold-for-pickup locations.
Orders are generally fulfilled within 3–5 business days after payment, unless otherwise stated or in case of temporary unavailability.
If delays exceed 30 days, the buyer may withdraw without penalties and receive a full refund.
Upon delivery, customers must verify the integrity of the package and the number of parcels. Any discrepancies or visible damages must be reported immediately to the courier and to BMROCK SRLS within 14 business days.
7. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without justification. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will approximately correspond to the expenses of sending the goods. The buyer agrees to pack the products appropriately
Withdrawal requests must be sent by email to info@agrohammers.com, including the order number and buyer details.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging, at the customer’s expense, to the address provided by customer service.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by professionals or companies with a VAT number.
8. Returns for Errors or Non-Conformity
In the event of an incorrect or defective product, the customer must report the issue within 7 business days of delivery by emailing info@agrohammers.com and attaching relevant photos or proof.
BMROCK SRLS will review the report and may, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a partial or full refund.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use or tampering by the customer.
9. Invoicing
For every order on www.agrohammers.com, BMROCK SRLS issues an electronic invoice for businesses, and for private customers when required, in compliance with Italian law.
The invoice is issued within 12 days from the date of delivery or payment, whichever occurs first.
To ensure correct invoicing, customers must provide:
– Full name or company name
– Complete address
– Tax Code and/or VAT number
– SDI code or PEC email (for VAT-registered entities)
A courtesy copy of the invoice may be emailed, but the only legally valid document is the electronic invoice submitted through Italy’s SDI system.
10. Liability
BMROCK SRLS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. In no event shall liability exceed the total price paid for the disputed product.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the exclusive competent court shall be Brescia, except when the buyer is a consumer, in which case the court of their residence or domicile shall apply.
12. Acceptance
Purchasing from www.agrohammers.com implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
